Cecco, the magician of cannelloni!
Cecco restaurant is located at 50 meters from the hotel just opposite the abbey of St. Peter.
In 1966, my grandfather Francesco said "CECCO" opened the restaurant with his wife Gina, the cook who made famous the cannelloni in the world.
The restaurant has three characteristics medieval rooms with bricks and stones of 1400.
The kitchen serves traditional Umbrian dishes some of whom worked with the truffles of Norcia, we serve only fresh pasta as strangozzi, gnocchetti, spelt taglierini. Among the meat try the pigeon cooked all'assisana , wild boar and the fillet with truffles.The desserts are prepared daily and vary according to season.
The restaurant also has an excellent wine cellar with wide and careful selection of umbrian labels.
